The two organizations will work together on early-stage power feasibility studies, substation design consultancy, and regulatory groundwork for upcoming large-scale data center projects. PDC brings deep expertise in substation implementation and transmission infrastructure, with a project portfolio of over 1,300 projects valued at more than 330 billion SAR, while center3 operates as Saudi Arabia's largest carrier-neutral data center operator, with 25 facilities across the Kingdom and the region.
